Morrissey Knows Best

An example in Remote Actions. Controlling the message spray painted onto the 400+km wall that divides Israel from Palestine from half the world away. I used the internet to communicate a message requiring physical movement without having to physically be there.

Materials included (with help from the Israeli and Palestinian governments) a large wall, and spray paint.

A sculpture object by Douglas Dollars, created in January 2008 and exhibited upon the wall dividing Israel and Palestine. Currently in exhibition.

Message reads: “Morrissey Knows Best / Love, Douglas Dollars#8221;
